Dave Plotkin is a political media specialist with 18 years of experience. A former journalist, and digital content editor for Orlando Weekly, Dave has worked as an art director, columnist, broadcaster, and campaign manager, serving in leadership roles for members of Congress, the Florida Legislature, local governments, and more than 150 campaigns. Dave earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, and has taught at Full Sail University and Rollins College.

Sarah Hardin is the Editorial Director of You Should Run and has experience working as the assistant campaign manager of Central Florida campaigns. Sarah earned her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Central Florida.
